CNC Miller

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our team. As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision milled parts.
• Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced to specifications.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines and understanding programming.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• Certification or training in CNC machining is preferred.
